Directions for hot oil treatments: Heat a small amount of water in a glass jar. Submerge the hot oil treatment bottle in the hot water. (Don't directly heat the product.) Apply directly to the scalp and throughout the hair. For extra moisture, apply a plastic cap & wrap your hair in a hot towel or use a hooded dryer for 20 to 30 minutes while the oil sits in your hair. After your hot oil treatment, use a clarifying shampoo. Then a deep conditioner. You will see results!
