Order Fulfillment Expectation:
Every order will ship 48 hours of being processed. That means we are shipping daily except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to stock issues, missing order information, or billing delays. Any delays will be communicated to the customer via email in advance. Orders sent to undeliverable addresses would be at the expense to the customer Although we will try to work with you it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping is $5.99 (5-7 Day shipping + track #) on all domestic orders.
Express Shipping is $12.99 (2 Day Express (FedEx)) on all domestic orders
SHIPPING DELAYS
CrownLUV is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product unavailability, custom checks, or any circumstance outside of our control. Although we make every effort to correct shipping issues if they arise it is your responsibility to check your delivery address before completing your order. In some circumstances, your order may be undeliverable due to issues outside of our control. We will make every effort to contact you to correct the issue and deliver your product/s but in the event, you do not receive your order please email info@mycrownluv.com as soon as possible.
International Shipping
We will not offer international shipping at this time. We will announce on our social media platforms and website when that option is available.
